Refunds
• You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any service under any circumstances
• Due to schedule and/or class capacity, pre-approval is required to transfer to another session date and/or time.
• Zoom links are sent upon registration. However, no participant will be admitted in the session without payment.
Late Policy
Starting on time is very important. If an individual is late for any type of session, Paula Washington Enterprises(PWE) reserves the right to shorten the appointment time to stay on schedule for other clients. Depending on availability, we may provide the option to reschedule, but it is not guaranteed.
Please, always call, text, or email if you are running late for any sessions.
For phone sessions, if you are not available, I will leave one message and attempt to call back within 5 minutes. If you are not available, the session will be considered a “no show” and it will be charged accordingly (see below).
For Zoom sessions, if you do not sign in within 10 minutes of your schedule time, I will deem the session a “no show” and it will be charged accordingly (see below).
Cancellation Policy
PWE reserves the right to discontinue services after two cancellations.
Sessions that are “No Show” with no notice of cancellation are charged the full amount of the session. Cancellation Fees must be paid before another session is scheduled. And once a session is missed, PWE may request that pre-payment be made prior to the start of any sessions not requiring pre-payment.
Pre-Paid Sessions Policy
If you have pre-paid for a session and would like to cancel that session, keep in mind that we do not refund for cancellations or tardiness.

Personal Information
PWE strives to maintain the highest standards of decency, fairness, and integrity in all our operations. Likewise, we are dedicated to protecting our customers’, consumers’, and online visitors’ privacy on our website.
